Cancellation Policy
Agreement Term Policy
* Come at least 5 minutes early to appointments
* Cancellation Policy: At least 24 hours notice, so time slot is available for another booking. No charge if notified within 24 hours. 50% charge fee if not notified within 24 hours.
* No call, No show Policy: Because the time slot is already reserved, I won't be able to put the time slot up for another booking. 50% charge fee.
* Later Notify Policy: 1 hour notice that you'll be late. No late notification 3 times, will consider as no call no show for future appointments.
* No call, No show currency 3 times no longer able to book with KXiong's Nails & Spa.
* Charge fee will be on-file.
